It was Aaron Sherber who graciously supplied a Finale file that you could save a library from. The Url he gave was
http://files.aaron.sherber.com/brackets.zip
It now contains a WinFin2004 file with the articulation library loaded, as well as the library itself.

and I had no problems with it. I haven't checked to see if the URL is still valid. I could let you have my Fin 2005 file with the library loaded, if Aaron has no objections.
