Does anyone know the escape key in Mac OSX? It was cmd-. in OS9, but I can't tell if it is working the same in OSX. I wanted to use it to escape from long mass edit procedures as before.

Perhaps I don't understand, but the combination Option+Apple - Esc brings up the dialog window in OSX. I think that's the same as OS 9, but I'm not 100% sure. On my keyboard the Esc key is at the far northwest corner.
