Easy to do and it works! Thanks. Shortcut - copy the file name at the end of each file reference - just copy "PDFMaker.xla" from "/Applications/Microsoft Office 2004/Office/Startup/Excel/PDFMaker.xla", and paste it into the Finder's Find fiels (Command-F). The down arrow to select it, Command-Delete to trash it, and Command-Shift-Delete to empty the Trash. I'd been wondering about that, which takes up too much space, and it's redundant anyway with OS X's PDF printing capability. Carlberg Jones Guanajuato, Gto.
