Hello all, I am working on a full orchestral score in 3/4 time. Since I have doubled up instruments on the staves, I occasionally have a measure where one instrument is completely at rest but the second is playing. Since I am using default whole measure rests for the entire piece, I need to use a whole measure rest in the upper part. The program doesn't seem to want to allow me to do that. Can anyone suggest a way that I can get that whole rest in there? I am using Finale 2003a on a MAC.
