Hi Stan yes it's etcetera ... http://www.etcetera.co.uk/products/GAR900.shtml ... the link is for Finale users registered through etcetera (I think) - maybe if you registered direct with MM you won't have been sent the offer, but I'd ring them up all the same, I'd bet they'd give you the same offer if they can identify you as a Finale user.
