Right-click (or control-click) any of the linked MIDI files and chose "Download Linked File."

Then drag the MIDI file to the iTunes icon (either the one in the Applications folder or, if iTunes is already running, the one in the Dock.


By the way, for your scenario, you don't need to drag import MIDI file
to iTune but just Opt+Select Convert to menu.

Not sure exactly what you mean, but any method of opening the MIDI file in iTunes is fine. You have to convert it to audio using the "Advanced" menu once it's been added to iTunes, of course.
