Don't worry, I didn't take it that way. In the particular project I am working on at the moment I actually have many reasons why keeping everything in one file is more convenient. The time it takes to change the page order, although very annoying, is nowhere near the time I would have to spend on individual files. It's the nature of the project more than anything else.
