And from my perspective, it's even harder when you don't know the proper name for what you are trying to do. I suspect there are many out there who are in a similar position to an acquaintance who cannot seem to remember what the name used when working with a text document, and you want all of the lines to line up at the right margin. So even though he has the manual right in front of him, since he doesn't remember "right justify", it does him no good.
