I assume that you are using Full GPO, Guarneri 3?
I just entered runs of 16ths, 32nds, and 64ths in a different notation program 
and all is well with playback.
Can you post a .MUS file or a .MID? I can put the .MUS in 2006b and the .MID in 
the other notation program.

The opposite helps (a little), I turned the length controller up to 80%.

It seems that this problem is particularly bad with the solo violin
number 3, which is unfortunate, since the sound is the best.
