Note: This is the *same* as the file included with the 2006b update in the
User Manual directory.
http://garritan.com/GPO-FinalePage.html has some other GPO/Finale related
things. Most of them seem to deal with using full GPO with Finale 2005.
This is different from using the Finale GPO included with Finale 2006.
