Great plan, but you have to wonder if MakeMusic has an Intel mac
development system yet. I mean, if you remember how long it took to get
to OS X.......I'd imagine that Finale 2007 is NOT going to be Universal
Binary. Maybe by Xmas 2006, but I'd predict that it would most likely be
2007 (like Feb 07) until we see Finale run on Universal Binary (IE: Run
at full speed on an Intel Mac).
But, it would be interesting to see how it runs using the Rosetta stuff.
I'd imagine as long as the Midi drivers are Intel ready (like MOTU's),
most everything would work fine........

I ordered one of those new iMacs immediately yesterday. I think I will
need it real soon now for plug-in development. It might be possible that
Finale already runs on it, possibly with the exception of playback. I
will report back in about one week, hopefully!
