Nope:
Finale 2006d is a free, downloadable update available to registered
Finale 2006 users. Finale 2006d allows users of Intel-based
Macintosh computers to register Finale.
As this is the only change in this update, users of Finale 2006c
who do not own a new Intel-based Macintosh need not update.
