Thanks Florence + Michael and Dennis. Looks straightforward enough.

I use Finale for many hours, every week, but if I don't use a particular feature for a couple of months I can quickly forget it.

Here's a trick I have developed in my own use. I now _always_ include a completely blank page (I privately call it page zero) as the very first page of any score, or more (page 00, page 000 &c) as needed. These pages are where I put most of the notes anything I might want to know about later, but which doesn't need to print in the score. If I changed margins settings for printing purposes, for example, of if I used a special paper stock on the score. At least one of these pages appears totally blank so I can use it for booklet printing if need be. If I have graphics placeholder, I note the actual location of the file on some fixed reference point; if I printed a booklet ( and I have crated booklets out of multiple files) there is an exact description of the order in which the booklet needs to be printed out. Also, I make note of the page number offset. Doing this has saved me a good bit of time trying to figure out what I did before, and whye.
