I have a cordless mouse and am very happy with it - it means I can have my computer on a shelf at the other side of the room and work from my comfy armchair.
I am less happy with the cordless keyboard which was invented by the devil and is standard issue in hell. I am now able to type a paragraph in less than twenty minutes again.
All the best,
