You know, I seem to remember you suggesting that last time, and B&H told me that the solution worked. Unfortunately, a lack of recent problems probably gave me a false sense of security! Serves me right. I'll find out on Monday when B&H are open how it was printed exactly. I'm certainly not the only person sending them mac-generated PDFs.
