I have a Kensington USB numerica. Same problem with ALT+ characters, for example, which I asked about here a few weeks ago. I heard from Kensington support, and apparently the Windows drivers don't support this (they say) -- and Kensington doesn't provide separate drivers. Maybe Belkin has separate drivers?
