what i did was change the names from lower to upper case and that does it.
thank you very much, now i can go back to breathing again - my face was
already turning from a deep blue to an ugly violet... :-[

The target file name may already be in use. Try a different target
file name?
That error message usually occurs when for some reason what should be
clearly different file names end up being the same for some reason.
Perhaps if you shorten the original file name?
