Here's what you need to change:

1. for the Flipped symbol, choose character 39. For the main symbol,
174.

2. for Symbol Options, choose FLIPPED SYMBOL for BELOW A NOTE.

3. for positioning:

   x Avoid Staff Lines
   x Center Horizontally

4. for Position, NOTE SIDE

5. for default vertical position, .0486.

6. for HANDLE POSITIONING, for FLIPPED VERTICAL position, -0.4861.

7. and, of course, define your playback.

I'm rather puzzled why you didn't simply use a copy of the existing
stroke (in position 2 in the articulation dialog) and change the
characters, then adjust the spacing.
