FinWin2006 does this too.

In Speedy Entry, no MIDI keyboard, I enter half note F, tie, half note F#. I can hear the F# playing back, but the # never appaears on my screen. And as David Fenton noted, if I enter the F and then the F#, and then go back and enter the tie, the # disappears.
