This still misses the point. If the oboe part itself contains a variety
of dynamic levels, one would, for proper balance, want them all jacked
up by an equal percentage, not replaced by a single high level.
Furthermore, if I place an fff, visible or not, at the beginning of
such a part, it will only apply up to the next notated dynamic.
