[Finale] text kerning in Finale 2007

Is there a way to easily adjust text kerning (for titles,  
expressions, etc.) in Finale?  I know there is the tracking option  
for text, but that is certainly not easy or intuitive to use.  There  
must be some key combo (i.e. OPT/CMD arrows) to adjust kerning real- 
time between characters in a text block?  I've been unsuccessful in  
searching online and local help texts.
