Not as far as I know. My usual work-around is to select and open the
box I want to copy, copy the contents of the Edit text dialog box, then
close the dialog, and close the text block. I move to the page and
location where I want to copy the box to, open a new box, and paste in
the contents.
On the other hand, if you want to "move" instead of "copy" the text
block, this is easily done in the text block attributes dialog: simply
determine the values of the text block in the new location, open the
text block attributes dialog box of the block you wish to move, and
enter the desired location (page, location on the page, and offsets)
into the dialog box.
