That's actually totally doable in Finale.
I was expecting something more like Geoffry Wharton's Ode de Cologne:

A friend just forwarded a file to me that shows that some

Finale. Or at least I hope not.
I didn't see anything there that was impossible in Finale, though
it would take a day or more, I would think. Jef chipewa certainly
could do it! (you can mail me my cheque for the free publicity,
jef!) 8-)
But I've found the music since I made the original post by just
googling the title (Faerie's aire and death waltz). Alas, there
are still a few words that I can't *quite* make out on the second
page/number, and I'm not willing to shell out $11US to find out
what they are.
That said, I'm still perversely curious as to what it would sound
like if programmed. :)
Is this the one you found?
http://blogs.salon.com/0003974/stories/2004/12/12/aire.html
Because it only has one page, so I don't know what you mean about
page 2.
I particularly like some of the instructions "Light explosives
here.... and here" and "add bicycle" and "remove cattle from the
stage". The only one missing is "Call your mother."
