Yes, I've noticed this. The problem is likely due to the fact that Display in Concert Pitch is now a permanently-unlinked setting. All I can suggest is to check the latest version to see if the problem is fixed. The good news is that a fix is possible. (I had to fix my plugin set for it, too.)
