Could someone please explain to me how I can put 6 quarter notes in a 4/4 measure? I looked it up and thought I knew how to do it, but I am doing something wrong and I end up with things I do not want.
1) Enter the first quarter note in the measure
2) Select the tuplet tool
3) Click on the first note entered in 1) above.
4) Set the values in the tuplet tool dialog box to contain six quarters
in the time of four quarters, and close the dialog box
5) Return to your entry method
6) Enter the other five/sixths worth of beats.
