Is there any way to get double feathered beams? i.e., a single beam
group that starts out with no secondary beams, feathers out to three
secondary beams, and feathers back in to one?
Can this be done over barlines?
I think to do double feathering in Finale you'd have to make two sets of
notes and hand-move the common notes so they overlap, then have the
first set feather more open then have the second set begin matching the
first set's open end and then feather back to a single beam.
