Several solutions:
1) just call the bass line Basso, as the composer undoubtedly did, and mark any solos (as: bsn. or senza bsn.) as measure or note expressions. The exact variety of instruments required for this line will be clear in the extracted parts, and can also be listed/explained in the instrumentation list that precedes the first page of score.

2) Cram the three names onto the first page, extending a little above and a little below the staff. On all subsequent pp. use the abbreviations Vc, Vne, Fag all on one line.
