I don't recognize it, but if all are quarters, some should be dotted... It's hard to determine which should be dotted. And, are all the intervals the smallest possible (closest motion)?
It might be easier if a finale file was attached. It sounds kind of familiar, but without rhythm, tempo, and correct line shape...I'm not sure about the tune.
