Then apply the appropriate styles to each system on the first measure of the page you want.
apply it to the entire passage, then if you change the layout so that this measure is no longer the 1st in the system it will still show properly. also if you ever have to remove the staff style you can remove it from the entire passage at once (ctl-click on the style name bar).
