[Finale] Colour of selection tool

Okay, next stupid question (probably). I think the blue of the selection 
tool is way too dark. Is there a place where I can change it to a 
lighter shade? (I have searched the help files for the word color, but I 
have found nothing on changing the colour of the selection tool.)
