Dennis Collins has a good way to do it with a special font. However, the
other way to do it is to use a separate file and save it as an EPS
graphic. You need to print either to a PS printer or through the PDF route.

It could be done the same way but not with an EPS graphic -- save it
from the separate file as a TIFF graphic, and then the final score can
be printed from any printer.
