A month or so ago, I posted a whine about my playback in one spot
creating a strange sound (distortion, whatever). I think I've finally
nailed down the experience. It seems to occur only when the GPO SOLO
Trb. plays a middle line D natural, for a duration longer than a
quarter note. When it's not Solo Trb, but Trb. part one, etc., it
renders a normal, undistorted sound. Otherwise, I haven't been able
to make it occur. Anybody got a clue? And, no more cracks about Spike
Jones ... por favor!
