Use the Human Playback plugin, and apply it only to the selected
sections. You might want to apply Standard or some other style to the
parts that you don't want swung, so as to take advantage of the Human
Playback enhancements.
This is the way to get the tempo to be exactly consistent each time
you hit Play as well, if you need to synchronise the playback with
video or with another file.
