Apple's iWeb is extremely basic, but it may be enough for your needs.
I'm happy with Freeway from http://www.softpress.com : there are two
versions, Pro and Express, which you can try as free downloads
(limited to a month, I think). Even the Express version gives you
more power than iWeb.

I have used Adobe GoLive in an old OS 9 version, and, to be honest,
it was actually too powerful, or rather, too complicated for my
needs. I'd love something which will give me a good template design
where I only have to add my texts and graphics.
