Darcy & Chuck,

The Apple FontBook program shows the superscript 2 to be present. 

The LemkeSoft FontBook shows it missing in /Library/Fonts/Rehearsal.bmap
(Postscript ID: -12128). It's also missing in InDesign CS3.

I wonder--is the Shift-Opt-2 missing in the screen bitmap font file and
present in the PostScript printer file?
