yes, definitely. the CEC has person and institutional memberships, as well as memberships that are assigned to a "position" within the institution. the position membership is held usually by a person, but that person may leave the position or institution at some point in the future.
not to mention that we have a few institutional memberships who require paperwork and invoices to be sent to another department / address.
