I believe you can simply import AppleWorks DBs into FileMaker. Bento seemsto be able to do this, so FileMaker should too.
Filemaker Pro doesn't recognise AppleWorks DB files directly - well at least my version doesn't, you need to save them as an ASCII Text file first before filemaker can see them for import.
