[Finale] Number Repeated Measures pi

Anyone else experiencing difficulty with this plugin? Once selecting 
the region and using the plugin, the repeat numbers are at different 
heights on different staves; they're positioned to the right of the 
measure instead of centered; and if I use a one-measure repeat staff 
style, they don't appear at all.  Not to mention that I'd like the 
first measure (which is repeated) to be number 1. WinFin2009
