I wonder if any programmers who worked on version 1.0 are still around, kicking themselves now that the bugs which have remained are biting everybody big-time, saying "I knew we should have fixed that damn thing 20 years ago!"

Or like the CEOs of the banks and investment houses who were smart enough to "retire" with their golden parachutes just before the crash, the Finale programmers of old are saying "Thank god I was smart enough to get out before I had to actually fix those bugs we never could figure out!"
