Hi, Assume e. g. a 16-bar section within repeat marks. Some instruments have work to do in this section, while others have either nothing at all or at least multimeasure rests in the end.
Now say that there should be a marking in the end stating either "3x" or "open" or "multiple repeats" or having a coda wheel or something similar, i. e. something that should belong to the repeat section and not to the subsequent section. For the instruments having MM rests in the end, this marking will disappear as part of the MM rest functionality. Question is now: what is the trick to get the desired result here, i. e. how can I prevent this from happening? I guess one method is to add the marking only directly in the separate parts, but this is not a editing-friendly method except for the obvious risk of missing to add in a part (or change in some parts if needed).
