Reinstall. Migration won't work, at least it never has for me, and Finale probably won't run nor recognize your authorization. If fact, I think the proper procedure regarding authorizations is to deauthorize since they are compute-specific. Also, be very careful with Migration Assistant. It has always FUBAR'd my user account.

I reinstall ALL programs and move data manually. A major pain, but I then control things. MA doesn't do a good job at all.

Yes -- depending on which version you're using the tool
to do what you want is in different locations, but you want
to look for Change Note Values.

Or you can simply have the program interpret what you play
as 16th notes and save yourself the bother.  Simply set the
tempo of the metronome for Hyperscribe to be half what you
want and you should be all set.
