well, more on the subject to make things clear. it is a reorch for
piano trio (vln/vc) from flute, violin/fiddle, guitar, percussion,
voice and piano. my plan is:
1) add a new violin and cello staff to the 3 existing scores and move
voices to the trio staves according to composer's list
2) delete all extraneous information from the piano trio staves
3) merge or copy-paste the 3 parts into a new doc
4) delete (via replace) each duplicate expression and articulation
manually (ack!), update them to make use of auto-placement
5) clean up the score and generate linked parts
once the list of revisions comes in i am in a serious crunch, so
trying to make sure the work goes as quickly as possible. i have not
done extensive copy-paste in several years and have never really
merged documents, although things seem MUCH smoother in F2010 than i
remember in previous versions.
