I've tried creating a staff group in both scroll and page views, and
it seems to make no difference. I've got orphan staff groups, in
scroll view, there are two extra groups that aren't defined to
display anything, and I see no way to get rid of them.
If you can see the group handle for an orphan group, select the handle,
and from the "staff" drop down menu, use the option "remove group".
