Hi Ronald, Thanks - I should have been more clear, I was asking only about printing, binding, paper quality, delivery speed & reliability, etc. I know they also offer in-house engraving, but that isn't a service I'd ever need or want from them.
(Also, my understanding is that for the most part, they print from whatever the client supplies them with, so if it isn't competently engraved by the composer or publisher in the first place, there is nothing they can do.) If you don't mind my asking, do you know what size and weight of paper they generally use for parts? And how are the scores usually bound?
