No, I wouldn't comment on his facebook page. I'd write him a snail mail letter, in which you advise him that he has had reasonable time to pay for the file he got from you, and that if you do not receive the prompt payment to which he agreed, you will contact the boards of groups in the circle in which he conducts, and advise them of his attitudes towards you, and that following that, you are contemplating appropriate legal action.
