Patrick, sometimes using a capo shows a lack of musicianship, but mostly it is 
just a tool to deal with the physics of the instrument. A steel string acoustic 
guitar takes an enormous amount of strength to play. Using open strings to 
one's advantage just makes sense.

Now back to the original question: Finale is transposing a G/B chord as a D/Gb 
chord in the capo chords, and I can't find any way to edit it. Any ideas?
