it isn't unlinkable, it isn't linked at all, unless you do NOT apply
music spacing on your parts. this is certainly useful in some
proportionally spaced works but pretty much everyone doing parts will
apply music spacing in the generated parts.
Ah.. this is good info! So beat handle spacing is unlinkable? After
beat spacing in a part?
I still need to do a lot of faking the vertical lining up of parts though.
not sure i get this last point... in a single-staff part there is
nothing to align to, vertically (?).
