A friend upgraded me (very nice of him - I guess when you do charts for people, they occasionally pay you back in unexpected ways!), but when I went to install, it froze. Froze solid. I downloaded the upgrade, and got to the screen where it says "Installing - Please wait while Finale 2012 is being installed" (which is actually bad grammar), and since then, it just sits there and stares at me.
