Are you asking how it happened or how to put it right?

If the former:

I had something similar - I did an "update layout" (from page one) and it
sorted out instantly.  (You can select all and do the update if just being
on page one doesn't do it)

Apologies if this isn't what you mean.

If the latter, I remember there was a reason but I'm about to go to bed now
(it's 1.00am here)
