Just select "chromatic" transposition in the stave setup.

Subject: [Finale] Is there an option for NO KEY SIGNATURE?

When I asked about this some time ago,
someone remarked "well it is the key of C."
revealing their lack of knowledge.

In a complex orchestral piece, the composer sometimes does not want a key
signature, since there would be a plethora of accidentals no matter what key
you are in.
One example is 12-tone music a la Schoenberg.

The way Finale is set up, when you transpose to trumpet or some other
transposing instrument, if you specify the key of C, the transposed
instruments would have a key signature, something you DON'T WANT.

I am now working on a song that has so many key signature changes, it's
easier to just have NO key signature at all.

Is there an easy way around this?
